Refund policy

Replacement Policy

If you encounter any issues, we offer a replacement for defective products within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product.

Warranty Period

All our products come with a minimum 12-month warranty.

Please be aware that to process warranty claims, multiple forms of proof of purchase may be required (e.g., payment receipts and verification of the original shipping address).

Warranty claims for product defects must be submitted within 90 days of filing. Claims cannot be processed if the product's warranty period or the 90-day claim period, whichever is longer.

Exclusions of Warranty 

This warranty does not apply:

1.Any defects or damages caused by misuse of products, unauthorized modification, dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;
2.Non-quality related issues;
3.Purchases without valid proof of purchase;
4.Items that have been refunded;
5.Items that have expired their warranty period;
6.Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, liquids or other external causes;
7.Any defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts;
8.Lost or stolen products;
9.Purchases from unauthorized dealers, including international purchases
10.Free products.

    Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.

    Refund

    After you returned the prodcut to our warehouse, we'll issue the refund within 14 business days, you'll be notified with an email once your order is refunded.
    If you don't receive the refund after 14 business days, please contact us via support@deperai.com .

    If items meet the above requirements, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

     

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    DeperAI assumes no responsibility for

    • Loss of data resulting from the use of DeperAI products.
    • Return of personal items sent to DeperAI.

    For returns due to non-quality reasons, the buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss during shipping. DeperAI does not offer replacements for items damaged during shipping unless they are covered under a quality-related warranty claim.
